Arman Bourgoin

Arman Bourgoin is President of TAB Canada. Arman began his career with TAB in 1976. During his career at TAB, Arman has worked in a variety of capacities starting on the production line, moving through the ranks and serving as the Director of Operations for 15 years. From 2001 to 2003 Arman was also the acting General Manager for TAB Europe. Janet Campbell

Janet Campbell is the Director of Sales for Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northern Alberta & British Columbia. Since joining TAB as an Account Executive in 1998, Janet’s role has expanded from Branch Manager to Regional Manager to her current role as a member of TAB’s executive leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in the document and records management industry, Janet leads a client-focused team that consults with organizations across many sectors to bring solutions that address their specific business needs. Janet is recognized for her leadership in the business community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for both industry and community associations. Jonathan Cowie

Jonathan Cowie is the Vice-President of Sales, Eastern Canada. He began his career at TAB in 2005, first as a Strategic Account Executive handling the Financial Vertical and National Accounts and then was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Ontario in 2007. In 2009, Jonathan was again promoted to Vice President of Sales for Eastern Canada. In his current role, he is responsible for overall revenue growth for his region as well as strategic planning and has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience. Brad Hicks

Brad Hicks is the Vice-President of Records Management Solutions. Brad is responsible for Consulting, Outsourcing, Sales and Operations in the Alberta region. His experience entails driving multi-million dollar sales growth while ensuring operational excellence in highly competitive markets. Aggie Konciak-Jaggers

Aggie is the Director of Finance at TAB Products of Canada. She started at TAB in 1999 as a Financial Analyst. In the same year she received her Certified General Accountants (CGA) designation. Aggie has held various finance positions since starting with TAB and in 2010 she was promoted to Director of Finance.

Ross Nepean

Ross Nepean is Vice-President, Worldwide Marketing. Ross joined TAB Canada as National Marketing Manager in 2000 providing marketing direction for TAB Canada, TAB Europe and Datafile Australia. In 2006, Ross assumed the responsibility of the US marketing initiatives, as well. Jonathon Shea

Jonathon Shea is Director of Operations for Canada. Jonathon joined TAB in 2010 and is responsible for Professional Services, Technology, Customer Service and IT. Henry Van Pypen

Henry Van Pypen is Vice-President and General Manager of the TAB Technical Environments Division. Henry began his career at TAB in 1983 as a Sales Representative, progressing through the company in a variety of Senior Sales and Marketing Management positions. In 2002 Henry was named Vice President of Sales for TAB Canada and in 2006 he took on his current role, successfully guiding the Technical Environments Division to unprecedented growth.
